New Door provides access to employment and education opportunities for disconnected youth in the Bay Area. In the wake of the George Floyd protests in the summer of 2020, Office selected New Door as the recipient of pro bono creative services to help in their advancement of racial justice.

Office refreshed the organization’s identity and website through a bold and energetic visual identity that appeals to both young adults looking for job opportunities and community leaders alike. Combining the logo’s depiction of upward movement, expressive typography, and a bright color palette, the identity signifies New Door’s optimism and commitment to helping youth transition into adulthood.
